Scanning Services

Kent Imaging is a subsidiary of Kent Record Management. Kent Imaging has operated since 2006, and has a combined 50 years of experience managing back-scanning projects and running a successful scan-on-demand service. Kent Imaging understands document imaging is part of the capture process of managing records and can deliver a technically, operationally, and cost effective imaging program as demonstrated and proven in our customer testimonials. Kent Imaging provides imaging or scanning of paper records of various sizes and specializes in other formats such as microfiche, fetal monitor strips, large format (36" wide x banner lengths), aperture cards and X-rays to digital records. The electronic records can be delivered securely to a document management system, an electronic medical records (EMR) system, SharePoint site, secure web folder, and/or delivered in various media formats such as CDs, DVDs, or USB drive. Kent Imaging can also upload to our Vaulted Electronic Record Management System (V-ERMS^SM) if you need a cost effective ECM/ERM solution to store and manage your electronic records or documents. Secure and controlled access to documents in transit, in scanning queue,
and in delivery
Scan-on-demand of records stored in our record centers
Scan, capture, and index directly into your existing document management
system, electronic content management system, or SharePoint site.
Back-scanning of active records into your or our electronic record or content management system
Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and other advanced indexing capabilities to improve search, retrieval and archiving
All/various paper sizes and thickness
Able to scan color, grayscale, or black and white documents at various resolutions
With our V-ERMS^SM, have the ability to view over 250 common file formats
through our vaulted electronic record management system viewer
Anytime secured access to scanned files using our Vaulted Electronic Record
Management System (V-ERMS^SM)
